Deputyship: The team works closely with the clinical negligence and personal injury team in offering a specialist yet comprehensive service for and on behalf of individuals who lack mental capacity to handle their own financial affairs or make decisions regarding their own welfare.
Dispute Resolution: Work encompasses commercial and civil litigation, professional negligence, property disputes, landlord and tenant, probate disputes and defamation. There is particular experience in assettracing investigations and civil fraud, and company directors’ disqualification.
Employment: The team handles contentious and non-contentious employment law issues for companies, partnerships and senior employees.
