In addition to the more conventional real estate finance work, we work closely with our Funds Group in the structuring and setting up of property funds, and their funding of real estate investments. We also work closely with our Structured Finance and Securitisation Group. We have experience in the finance of all types of real estate assets ranging from major office, retail and residential developments through institutionally owned properties to trophy residential properties. We are keen to appoint an experienced commercial property lawyer to join our team based in London who will work closely with our partners . Responsibilities Our clients include several large private lenders and you would be expected to cover the following work:   Buying and selling commercial properties, working on property developments, granting and taking leases, dealing with options on land and generally dealing with matters incidental to the foregoing Acting in connection with the property due diligence required in taking property security and including either reporting on a certificate of title or report on title being provided to the lender or undertaking our own report on title.
