As a responsible business, we support our people in developing resilience and managing their wellbeing. We believe these are fundamental blocks in building a thriving workforce to deliver outstanding client service. We have made it a strategic objective to develop a supportive culture. One way in which we are doing this is through our resilience training, which provides support from a trained counsellor and is now being rolled out to staff. We appreciate working in a law firm can be a demanding environment and our wellbeing agenda aims to engage our staff and nurture our talent.
