The successful candidate can expect a broad range of private client work in a supportive environment with a particular focus on international issues.  The Private Client team handles varied and high quality work including: estate planning advice; the administration of estates of varying degrees of complexity; advising on cross border issues; the creation, administration and taxation of trusts; advising on and drafting wills; taxation advice; and advising on capacity issues.  Our client base is extremely varied and we advise both high and low net worth individuals and have UK-based as well as international clients.

The successful candidate will work within our Cross-Border group, although a high proportion of the work will be UK-focused. The Cross-Border group has an excellent reputation for advising on and assisting with the resolution of tensions between laws of different jurisdictions.  In particular, we provide estate planning advice to clients with assets in or connections with more than one jurisdiction, advice on tax residency and domicile and assist with the administration of estates with an international dimension.
