We are looking for a talented junior to mid-level English law-qualified lawyer to work in our Structured Finance and Securitisation practice.
The team (which includes 5 partners) advises on a wide variety of market-leading transactions, from public and private asset-backed securitisations (ABS) and asset-backed commercial paper conduit programmes (ABCP) to peer-to-peer lending, and other FinTech platforms.
The team is part of the Financial Markets & Products Group and works closely with the broader Derivatives team (a further 5 partners) with whom resources are shared. Whilst this role is primarily to support the Structured Finance and Securitisation practice, experience of, and interest in, derivatives and other financial transactions is helpful.
The young and ambitious team is growing quickly and are looking for a lawyer to help with the on-going development of the practice. This is a challenging role that would suit an ambitious individual.Responsibilities
Fieldfisher aims to ensure equality of opportunity and we are actively working towards improving the diversity of our staff. All applications will only be considered on merit and the applicant's suitability to meet the requirements of the role.
