Morrisons Solicitors LLP, a leading Surrey Law firm, has a vacancy for a talented solicitor to join our growing Employment department, based in our busy Wimbledon office. The Employment team is proud to be ranked in the 2017 edition of Chambers & Partners. In addition to the Head of Department being recognised as a ‘leading individual’, the team are also ranked in the 2016 edition of the Legal 500 for Kent, Surrey and Sussex. The ideal candidate will be 8 years + PQE, commercially minded and have the technical and communication skills required to provide the highest level of client service. You will be able to advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters to our mixed base of predominately corporate but also private clients. Candidates with expertise in advising on TUPE matters and post termination restrictions, including representing clients in High Court injunction application proceedings, would be at an advantage. You must demonstrate excellent skills in business development using insight to pro-actively market our services in the Wimbledon area to further grow the employment department.
