We have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Solicitor to join our Private Wealth team in our London office.The successful individual will be involved in advising individuals, families and trustees on international and domestic taxation, asset structuring and succession planning. You will have significant experience in UK tax and have a strong understanding of “non-UK” elements of UK taxation and be able to advise resident and non-domiciled individuals.
You will also have significant experience of advising international clients who often have overseas family members and offshore assets that need to be specifically considered when undertaking any planning. Ideally you will also have experience of acting for offshore banks, investment and asset managers and trust and fiduciary businesses.
Additional knowledge of other issues that affect non-UK nationals and non-UK domiciliaries who wish to relocate to or exit from the UK (i.e. immigration) would also be beneficial.
