Our Capital Markets team deals with a broad range of UK and international equity and debt capital markets work, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, equity linked offerings, eurobond issuances, and ADR and GDR faciltiies.
The team's clients are primarily investment banks, financial advisors, banks and corporates, and transactions range from mid-market domestic deals to complex cross-border financings and restructurings, focused on EMEA emerging markets.
The team is looking for an associate with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience to support international capital markets transactions. Ideally the candidate will have significant experience within the capital markets team of an international law firm, working for underwriters and issuers in connection with equity and debt offerings, and have familiarity with disclosure, due diligence, and advising on US securities laws.
You will maintain client relationships, contribute to business development and thought leadership, raising your own profile and supporting the continued growth of the capital markets practice.
The role would be ideal for a 2 to 4 year pqe lawyer.
