Legal Secretary - Clinical Negligence

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and experienced legal secretary to join our Clinical Negligence team at our Bournemouth office.  The department has a wealth of knowledge and experience in handling all types of Clinical Negligence matters.  Supporting a number of Fee Earners, the role may include digital audio typing, diary management, setting up meetings, taking minutes and involvement in monthly marketing activities.  It may also include, making and taking telephone calls, carrying out ID and money laundering checks, completion of court forms and bundle preparation. 

You will have excellent attention to detail, especially with organisational and file management skills, along with good literacy and numeracy.  You will also be calm under pressure and be able to work in an efficient and accurate manner and, ideally, have experience working in a Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury department as a Legal Secretary.
