The Financial Regulatory offering at Fieldfisher currently sits within the Financial Markets and Products Business Unit. The Firm has recently recruited a markets regulatory partner, sitting alongside the practice and intends to broaden this out into a self-standing Financial Regulatory practice that would not only provide transactional support, working closely with Corporate, DSF, Banking, Capital Markets and other practice groups, but also attract its own clients and mandates. The practice would also maintain a strong focus on financial markets regulation that encompasses areas covered by EMIR, BRRD, CRR, SFTR, MAR among others but covers all other aspects of principally wholesale markets and sell-side areas.
The role would also provide additional regulatory support to the Funds practice.
Clients would come from the broad spectrum of financial institutions including investment banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, payment service providers, financial market infrastructure and others.Responsibilities
