The Team

We are looking for three Paralegals to assist the team on a very wide range of finance work, derivatives, structured finance, private banking work and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
  • initial reviews on a range of derivatives documentation
  • document management
  • project management
  • liaising with clients on a regular basis
Key Skills & Experience
  • strong academics, LPC desirable
  • previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • excellent organisational skills
  • good attention to detail and ability to work methodically under pressure
  • strong excel skills
  • good written and oral communication skills.
