As a Trade Mark Attorney this role offers the chance to work amongst an experienced, knowledgeable and highly effective team in the specialised Trade Mark and Designs Unit who are fully integrated within the firm's wider IP Group and Commercial team.

You will ideally be Qualified, though those from Part Qualified level with a minimum of a year’s practical experience may also be considered. Ideally, the successful candidate will be based at our Leeds or Newcastle offices.
