The Leeds based commercial disputes team is going from strength to strength. With an impressive list of FTSE 250 clients including national household names in the transport, financial services, chemicals and manufacturing  sectors among others,  we can offer lawyers a truly diverse mix of extremely high quality work.

We currently have an opportunity for an Associate or Managing Associate to join the team. Learning from the best in the business you can expect to play a key role in partnering our clients to resolve a wide range of disputes including high value, complex High Court matters, as well as playing a key part in mentoring and supervising technical work within the team. Our range of commercial disputes is diverse – your work could include commercial contract disputes for engineering companies, to advising on partnership and shareholder disputes, through to warranty claims, judicial review, insurance related disputes, and everything in between, with increasing exposure to international clients/disputes. We would love to hear from litigators who are already building a specialist reputation in areas such as financial services, data protection, retail or transport but we are open to applications from candidates with great experience who can bring a commitment, confidence and a commercial approach. Candidates with business development experience that can help us to continue developing opportunities are particularly welcome.
