Full time Commercial Property / Real Estate

Job Description

Term: Permanent Working hours: Full-time Team: Real Estate Location: Bristol Specialism: Operational Property

Our Real Estate teams are growing, fast.  With a national presence of over 200 fee earners across 9 locations we're a force to be reckoned with.  But just because we're big doesn't mean we've lost our personal touch.  It’s the quality and commerciality of our service, our industry insight and the talent and passion of our people that engages our clients, and they love what we do.  It also means that our people are engaged, and excited about the opportunities for growth and development in our business – there is no doubt that it's an exciting place to be.

Our operational property teams are extremely busy with a wide range of property work for a range of household name clients.  From development projects and acquisitions and disposals of investment, retail and industrial property, to landlord and tenant issues and general estate and portfolio management instructions for national retailers with an emphasis on assisting corporate occupiers, the work is varied and challenging.

What does the ideal candidate look like?

Real Estate Partners, Katherine Douglas and Andrew Harding, are now looking for a real estate lawyer to join the team in Bristol. You'll either have around a couple of years real estate experience under your belt looking to further focus your career or be a newly qualified lawyer who's had exposure to quality real estate work during your training contract from a large regional or city firm.  Just as important are excellent drafting skills, a sense of commercial pragmatism and the ability to build lasting relationships with our clients.

So what makes it so great to work here?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a premier team where you can learn from true leaders in their field and build your experience with access to great quality work and great clients.  Supported by a collegiate approach, and firm wide commitment to lawyer development there are fewer better places to start your career as a qualified lawyer.

And that's not all, alongside a competitive salary you'll receive a flexible benefits package so you can pick and choose between the benefits that matter most to you.
