The Projects & Procurement Team, headed up by Partner, Kevin Robertson now has an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate lawyer to compliment the team.  Their clients include private sector companies, funders, local authorities, NHS trusts, fire authorities, Local Education Partnerships, Academy sponsors and Central Government as well as work in the secondary market, acting for buyers and sellers of infrastructure assets and on transactions to restructure and/or refinance projects.

What will you be doing?

You'll provide essential real estate expertise to support the team on projects for local and central government bodies, universities, further education colleges, academy trusts, Diocesan bodies and private sector contractors.

What does the ideal candidate look like?

You'll be a real estate lawyer with at least two years' experience, possibly more, who's had exposure to quality real estate work and ideally some previous involvement in projects work, though this is not essential.

You'll bring a broad and varied skillset that includes previous experience of commercial real estate work, strong project management skills, high quality drafting and communication skills and a commercial outlook.  You'll be a bright and resilient lawyer, used to working with high volumes of work in a busy environment.
