The employment team currently consists of 4 partners and 10 other employment lawyers (4 senior associates, 4 associates, 1 paralegal and 1 trainee).
The firm’s highly rated employment team handles a wide range of excellent quality contentious and non-contentious work including advisory work, disputes related work in the tribunal and courts, document production, industrial relations and transaction/outsourcing work. The teams workload is increasingly top end, complex, premium work and accordingly we are working to strengthen our capacity at that level.Qualifications and Experience
An opportunity has arisen to hire an additional employment lawyer, ideally with NQ-2 years' PQE, gained in a major City or leading national/regional practice, as well as good academics and excellent interpersonal skills. Candidates will have strong drafting and negotiation skills and a proven track record in employment work, coupled with enthusiasm for being involved in business development activity.
We are looking for a driven individual who has an interest in working with a wide range of clients and supporting the development of the employment department.
