We have a fantastic opportunity for a Workflow Engineer to join our IT team. This is a full-time, permanent role that will be based in our Bristol office.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Applications Manager, you will lead and assist with the development effort - and be the primary contact for - all support and maintenance of Intapp Open/Flow and Visualfiles based business and legal processes.

You will also create and maintain documentation, including process flow diagrams, progress reports, proposals and technical specifications for implemented processes.

The effective planning and management of system release schedules, identification of potential crises and devising of contingency plans to maximise system availability will also be required in this role.

What we're looking for

The successful candidate will have direct experience in Workflow Development role, including all aspects of process development and execution and the use of Visio to map processes.

Also required:

  • Strong proficiency in the development of systems using Intapp Flow and/or Open platforms
  • Strong T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server skills
  • Exposure to programming skills/practices at a basic level
  • An understanding and experience of working with client Extranets
  • Demonstrable Business Analysis skills
  • Experience constructing and consuming web services and XML
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability and willingness to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong time management, organisation and prioritisation skills
  • A good knowledge of the legal and IT sectors
  • Willingness to improve experience through both self-study and potentially gain relevant qualifications. Highly self-motivated and proactive.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication
  • Persuasive, encouraging and motivating
