New technology and new services relating to that technology are driving significant change in the healthcare sector and we are now seeking a lawyer to join our new Medical Technology Group. The group is headed up by Stephen Tainsh and the role will involve working alongside him undertaking a range of transactions for predominantly private sector clients including mergers and acquisitions, collaborations and joint ventures, innovative financing models, the supply of devices and consumables and the supply of software, consultancy and data analysis services.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a driven and dynamic market leading firm and the successful candidates is likely to have:
a Corporate, Commercial and/or Finance legal background;
significant experience of working with a range of private sector clients (healthcare is not essential/required);
a genuine interest in growing business from existing clients as well as targeting and attracting new clients; and
good interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate at interview that he or she is commercially minded, highly organised and able to work effectively in teams.
