The Role

Working within the Corporate Services team, providing an outsourced company secretarial service to clients and providing transactional support to mainstream Corporate lawyers. Advising quoted clients on legal and regulatory compliance and corporate governance issues. Completing the incorporation of new companies.

Knowledge, skills and experience required  

Any successful applicant will need the following skills:

¢    The ability to deliver excellent client service and liaise with colleagues and clients at all levels.

¢     Ambition to develop real expertise in all aspects of company secretarial law and practice / corporate governance

¢    Ability and drive to work within and contribute to a growing team

Background

The successful candidate will have:

¢    Educated to degree level (or equivalent)

¢    Part or fully ICSA qualified or committed to working towards this qualification

¢    Previous experience of working within a professional services organisation or a demonstrable understanding of the requirements of doing so

¢    A clear understanding of the importance of high standards of client care and attention to detail

¢    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

¢    Committed to developing a company secretarial career within a professional services environment

¢    The ability to work in a team
