The role

We are looking for a planning solicitor (1-3 yrs PQE) to join our team in Manchester.

You will work ‎as part of a close team in the delivery of class leading commercial advice (which encompasses statutory, policy and common law elements) to residential developers, housebuilders, commercial organisations, PRS developers, local authorities, investors and landowners. Work will include drafting, negotiating, litigating (planning appeals and court), policy and political advice.

 

 

The team

The planning team has a partner and a senior associate in the Manchester office and 3 partners, 2 solicitors and a trainee in the London office.

Client base and type of work

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high profile projects such as Nine Elms, Battersea Power Station and the Liverpool Waters development. Clients include house builders, social housing providers, commercial developers, local government and energy providers.
