Associate/Senior Associate in Commercial Property Investment Team
PQE: six - eight years

A transactional role, you will have extensive day-to-day contact with clients and their other advisors at a senior level providing high quality legal and commercial solutions to whatever issues arise. For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to sit at the heart of high value complex transactions for major investment clients.
|Client base and type of work|
The Real Estate department represents a significant part of our business and clients include Residential Developers and National House Builders, Investment Funds, Entrepreneurs and Housing Associations undertaking large high profile developments, urban regeneration projects and Joint Ventures. This involves a huge variety of challenging legal and contractual work.
As a firm we have acted as lawyers on major regeneration and development schemes in London and beyond for over 25 years, and advise many of the leading residential and commercial developers in the UK. Over the last few years, we’ve built teams around experts in planning, construction, tax, finance, investment funds, asset management, plot sales and property litigation. We serve major real estate investment funds, private equity investors and commercial landlords as well as leading retail brand occupiers.
