The team acts for a number of well-known clients advising on MBOs, mergers and acquisitions, MBIs, restructuring and private equity. Our team has an opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor 2-5 PQE to join in either our Bristol or Exeter office.
You will have experience of working in a corporate team, ideally with some knowledge of renewables and financial services.
You will be able to build effective and positive client relationships quickly and fully embrace the importance of client service.
