An exciting opportunity for a Paralegal is currently available within the Leasehold Enfranchisement Team in our Chichester office.

The Role

 

As a Paralegal you will provide direct support to Fee Earners to enable FEs to operate at optimum efficiency. You will have an opportunity to be involved in a variety of different types of work, including reviewing and reporting on freehold and leasehold titles, leases, contracts and other documents. You will also be expected to become familiar with all aspects of the law relating to leasehold reform and tenants’ rights.

A paralegal is expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative as well as demonstrate strong team skills. 

You must be IT literate and attentive to detail, with proven expertise in client care.
