Vacancy DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Team PA to join our Banking & Finance department based in our Birmingham Office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of high quality administrative and secretarial support. Your main responsibilities will be to co-ordinate fee earner diaries, give general administrative support to the team and act as a key contact point for clients. You will also be required to audio type and produce general letters, notes, forms and any other documentation. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and will take a professional approach to all administrative duties.
You will be working in a busy environment and will need to handle a challenging workload; therefore excellent organisational and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to work on your own initiative. In addition an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of people will be crucial.
A good standard of education including GCSE passes at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English are required for this post as is the ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of the Microsoft Office Package. Candidates will also have an excellent grasp of spelling and grammar and should possess highly competent audio typing skills. Proven legal experience in a comparable position is essential.
