We aim to recruit our trainees on qualification and encourage their continued development through to associate and partner level, four of our current Principals started their career with the firm as trainees.
Our success is built on our people and we take our trainee solicitor recruitment very seriously. We are looking for candidates who have a 2:1 degree or above, who are approachable, have great communication skills and an appetite for success.
